Claim Up to $6,080 from the Constar Financial Services Data Breach Settlement

If you received a notice about the September 2024 Constar Financial Services data breach, you may be eligible for cash payments and free credit monitoring from a class action settlement.

The settlement resolves claims that a cyberattack exposed sensitive personal information. Eligible individuals can claim up to $6,080, depending on documented losses.

Here’s what you need to know—and how to claim.

Why This Lawsuit Exists?

The lawsuit Roller v. Constar Financial Services, LLC, alleges that a targeted cyberattack in September 2024 accessed files containing sensitive consumer information.

The exposed data may have included:

  • Names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Mailing and email addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Employment information
  • Information about income, expenses, and assets

Plaintiffs claim Constar Financial Services LLC and Empereon Marketing LLC failed to adequately protect consumer data.

The companies deny wrongdoing, but agreed to settle the case to avoid the cost and uncertainty of ongoing litigation.

You may qualify if:

  • Your personally identifiable information (PII) was potentially compromised in the September 2024 data incident, or
