Who qualifies?
You may be included in the settlement if:
- You received a data breach notification from Comcast informing you that your personal information may have been compromised in the October 2023 data breach (notifications were sent on or around December 18, 2023).

How much can you receive?
Eligible class members may choose the benefits that apply to their situation.
You can claim up to $10,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses related to the data breach, including eligible expenses such as:
- Identity theft or fraud losses

- Communication charges
- Credit monitoring costs
Lost Time – You may also claim reimbursement for up to five hours of lost time, paid at $30 per hour.
Alternative Cash Payment – If you are not claiming documented losses or lost time, you may choose an alternative cash payment of $50. The final amount may be adjusted depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.
Identity Defense Services – In addition to cash benefits, settlement class members receive an enrollment code for three years of Identity Defense Services and Restoration Services after the settlement becomes final.

How to file a claim?
