If Chickasaw Community Bank charged you certain overdraft or non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees between Sept. 4, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2025, you may be eligible for a payment from a class action settlement.
The best part? No claim form is required. If you’re an eligible class member, your payment will be issued automatically if the settlement receives final approval.
Why this lawsuit exists?
The lawsuit alleged that Chickasaw Community Bank improperly charged certain overdraft and NSF fees to customers.
Who qualifies?
You may be included in the settlement if, between Sept. 4, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2025, Chickasaw Community Bank:
- Charged you an overdraft fee on a transaction that did not actually overdraw your account, or
- Charged you an overdraft or NSF fee on an item that had already been assessed an NSF fee (sometimes called a retry fee).
How much can you receive?
Eligible class members will receive a pro rata cash payment. The exact amount depends on:
- The amount of eligible overdraft or NSF fees you paid, and
- The total number of eligible class members participating in the settlement.
The settlement fund totals $51,662, with payments distributed after court-approved fees, expenses, and the service award.
