If you played Solitaire Cash, Bubble Cash, Bingo Cash, 21 Cash, or Triple Match Cash and deposited money, a $15 million class action settlement may affect your rights — and you may be able to claim cash or in-game credits.
The lawsuit claims players were misled into believing these games were skill-based, when they allegedly weren’t due to the use of bots. Papaya Gaming denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle.
Why This Lawsuit Exists?
This case involves mobile cash games and alleged deceptive gameplay.
According to the lawsuit, Papaya Gaming allegedly used bots in contests, making it appear players were competing against real people in skill-based matches when they were not. Plaintiffs say this influenced players to deposit money.
No injuries were reported
The claims focus on consumer deception, not safety
Papaya Gaming denies all allegations
