Owners of Tylö Halmstad™ and Kiruna Hybrid™ saunas should take note: Sauna360 has announced a recall affecting about 1,000 units after reports of benches collapsing, which could lead to serious injuries.
The benches inside certain Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid sauna rooms can collapse unexpectedly, posing a fall hazard.
So far, Sauna360 has received seven reports of benches breaking — including one case where a customer suffered head and neck injuries.

Which Products Are Affected
This recall includes specific models of Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid saunas sold between July 2024 and December 2024 for $6,000–$12,000.
Check your model and serial number — they’re located:
For Halmstad 2, 3, and 4 models: beneath the upper bench (left side, above the electrical contactor box).
For Kiruna Hybrid 2 and 3 models: beneath the right side of the upper bench.
