If you worked hourly at a Le Pain Quotidien restaurant in New York between June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2024, you may be owed money from a $2.3 million settlement. Here’s what you need to know and how to claim your share.
Why is there a lawsuit?
Workers alleged that Le Pain Quotidien:
Didn’t properly pay hourly employees for all hours worked
Improperly paid tipped employees
Failed to provide required wage notices and statements
LPQ denies the allegations, but agreed to settle to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continuing the case.
