If you’re a current or former Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) patient and received a notice about the October 2024 data breach, you may be eligible for cash compensation and free medical data monitoring through a class action settlement.
This guide gives you the essentials—who qualifies, what you can get, and how to file—so you can act quickly if you came from an email link.
Why This Lawsuit Exists?
A class action lawsuit alleges that a targeted cyberattack in October 2024 allowed unauthorized access to KMHS systems, exposing sensitive personal and medical information of approximately 70,759 patients.
