If you spent money playing Huuuge Casino or Billionaire Casino in the United States or its territories on or before January 23, 2025, you may automatically benefit from a new class action settlement.
The lawsuit claimed that these mobile games engaged in false and deceptive advertising and functioned like illegal gambling apps under California and Illinois law. Huuuge, Inc. denies any wrongdoing but agreed to a settlement.
Why is there a lawsuit?
Players alleged that Huuuge Casino and Billionaire Casino:
Misled users through false or deceptive advertising
Operated in ways that could be considered illegal gambling under state laws
Huuuge denies the claims but has chosen to settle rather than continue fighting in court.
Who qualifies?
You are included if you:
Made purchases or payments through Huuuge Casino or Billionaire Casino in the U.S. or its territories

If you’re part of the settlement and do not opt out, you’ll automatically receive at least 375 Virtual Diamonds in your game account.
