Duly Health and Care has agreed to pay $1.88 million to resolve a privacy class action lawsuit involving website tracking technology. To get paid, eligible users must submit a claim by March 2, 2026.
The lawsuit alleges that Duly Health and Care used a Meta (Facebook) tracking pixel on the authenticated portion of its website without users’ knowledge or consent.
Plaintiffs claim this practice may have violated federal privacy laws, including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, by transmitting sensitive user data.
Duly Health and Care denies all wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation.
