Domino’s Pizza Job Applicant Class Action Settlement (Washington State)

If you applied for a job with Domino’s in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023 and Aug. 22, 2025, and your job posting didn’t list a wage or salary range, you might be owed a payout. Here’s how this settlement works — and what you need to do (or not do) to benefit.

Why the Lawsuit Exists

The suit claims that Jeff, Pat, Chris LLC, a franchise owner running many Domino’s locations, failed to disclose wage scales or salary ranges in its job postings in Washington.
Under Washington law, employers must include that info in listings or provide it when asked — and people argue they were misled or disadvantaged by the omission.
The company hasn’t admitted wrongdoing, but agreed to pay $900,000 to resolve the claims and avoid a trial.

Who Qualifies

You may be part of the class if:
  • You applied for a job with Jeff, Pat, Chris LLC (Domino’s franchisee) in Washington state
  • The job posting did not disclose wage or salary range
  • The application was between Jan. 1, 2023 and Aug. 22, 2025
If you did those things, you’re in — no proof of purchase needed, no form required (unless you want a different payment type).

How Much You Can Get

  • The settlement fund is $900,000
  • Each class member is estimated to receive $95.35, though the exact amount may vary depending on how many people take part
  • That’s your share if you remain in the class and don’t exclude yourself
