Continuum Health Data Breach Settlement: Up to $5,000 Available

If you received a notice saying your personal information was impacted in the Continuum Health data breach, this settlement could mean cash compensation and free medical data monitoring for you.

Continuum Health Alliance and Consensus Medical Group have agreed to a class action settlement after a 2023 cybersecurity incident that allegedly exposed sensitive patient information. If you qualify, you must file a claim by March 2, 2026 to receive benefits.

Why This Lawsuit Exists?

This class action stems from a data breach that occurred between October 18 and 19, 2023, which allegedly compromised sensitive patient information, including Social Security numbers.

Plaintiffs claim Continuum Health Alliance and its partner, Consensus Medical Group, failed to use reasonable cybersecurity measures to protect patient data. The lawsuit alleges negligence, breach of implied contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment.

The companies deny wrongdoing but agreed to settle to resolve the claims and make changes to improve data security.
