How much money can you get?

Class members can choose between several benefits:

  • Up to $475 for ordinary losses and lost time
  • Up to $5,000 for extraordinary losses (like fraud or identity theft)
  • OR a $50 alternative cash payment
  • PLUS 24 months of one-bureau credit monitoring with at least $1 million in fraud protection

  • Up to 4 hours of lost time at $15/hour

How to file a claim?

To submit a claim, you’ll need to:

  • Complete the online claim form or mail it in
  • Provide documentation if claiming losses (bank statements, receipts, invoices, etc.)
  • Submit before the deadline
