If you had a Capital One 360 Savings account between September 18, 2019, and June 16, 2025, you could automatically get a cash payment — no claim form required.
Why Is There a Lawsuit?
Capital One was sued for allegedly:
Keeping low interest rates on older 360 Savings accounts
Failing to inform customers about its newer, higher-rate 360 Performance Savings account
Making it hard for customers to switch and earn more interest
Without admitting wrongdoing, Capital One has agreed to a $425 million settlement.

You had a Capital One 360 Savings account (joint accounts count too)
